IATF 16949

Ford Q1
The Q1 award is given to Ford suppliers who fully meet the quality standards for supplying manufacturing components and the level of service required.
What does it take to be awarded the Q1?
- IATF 16949:2016 certification;
- Implementation of the Global MMOG/LE logistics standard requirements and confirmation of A status by Ford Europe;
- Achieving Q1 Manufacturing Site Assessment (Q1 MSA) "green" status, which meets Ford's special requirements for manufacturing and quality management systems;
- Delivering defect-free products to Ford factories within 6 months.
